Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us through the support address shown on your receipt, and we'll take care of it.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Exporting your work is always available, whatever your plan status.
