PEN-TO-SCRIPT helps writers move from premise to finished draft: logline, story development, structure and execution, with optional AI-assisted suggestions and voice tools. Suggestions are proposals only — nothing enters your manuscript unless you put it there.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time through the billing portal or via Paddle. Exporting your work is never locked behind a subscription.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be of legal age to enter a contract (or have authority to bind your organisation). You retain all rights to the writing you create in PEN-TO-SCRIPT. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe others' intellectual property;
• interfering with its security, probing, scraping, or introducing malware;
• reverse engineering it, reselling access, or circumventing plan limits;
• sharing an account or using automated extraction to consume individual creative-work allowances;
• using AI features to produce illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or to jailbreak model safeguards.

You are responsible for your prompts and how you use AI outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for having the rights to any material you input. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, and suspend accounts that breach these rules. Rights holders can contact us to have infringing material taken down; repeated infringement leads to termination.

We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property — software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When your access ends, you can export your work first; after a reasonable window we may delete account data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Home Cinema Plus is established, and disputes will be heard in its courts. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
